The Model Institute of Technology (Â鶹APP) Writing Center is a dedicated academic support space designed to help students become more confident, capable, and ethical writers and thinkers.
Located on the third floor in Room 308, the Writing Center supports students across all levels of writing proficiency — from assignments and DQs to short papers. The subsequent plan is to also come to students' assistance in terms of research projects and thesis work.
The Writing Center is not remedial in nature. We believe that good writing is developed through practice, feedback, discussion, and revision. We therefore serve as an inclusive and collaborative space where every student can strengthen their writing and critical-thinking processes.

The Writing Center provides a peer-to-peer, low-stakes learning environment. Students can seek guidance from seniors who have completed many of the same subjects and understand the challenges involved.
This shared experience makes asking questions, discussing difficulties, and learning through revision more approachable. Rather than simply editing or correcting a student's work, sessions focus on helping students understand why changes may be needed and how those lessons can be applied independently to future work.
The Center also works alongside faculty and departments to align its support with course expectations and strengthen writing instruction across disciplines.
